Meet your breastfeeding goals.
Your goal may be exclusive breastfeeding, combi-feeding or pumping and bottlefeeding. My aim isn’t to “make” you breastfeed but help you meet your own goals, whatever they are.
An IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) is considered the gold standard in breastfeeding support. It is the highest qualification in breastfeeding. IBCLC’s are qualified to assess complex feeding problems that other health care professionals may not be familiar with.
*I recommend a rescue call as this integrates sleep and weaning support.
Breastfeeding is important to many families, and a great way to optimize your baby’s health and your health too. While investing in a breastfeeding consultation may seem like a lot of money, breastfeeding is cheaper than formula feeding in the long run.
Instead of buying pumps, nipple shields and other breastfeeding equipment, a breastfeeding consultation usually involves solutions WITHOUT additional purchases.
Meeting your breastfeeding goals can be an positive aspect of parenthood, which is invaluable. Many parents say that breastfeeding is more than just nutrition, but a way to nurture and parent their babies.
Often a positive breastfeeding experience second or third time around can help a mum heal from a previous traumatic breastfeeding journey.

Feel confident with a plan to solve your breastfeeding problems
If this is your first baby, you might be struggling to know what’s normal and what’s not. Breastfeeding, while natural, is a steep learning curve. Get the reassurance and knowledge you need from a breastfeeding specialist.
When feeding is painful, or you’re worried that your baby isn’t getting enough milk, you can feel stressed and unsure. A breastfeeding consultation will help you identify when breastfeeding is going well and give you a plan for resolving your breastfeeding issues.
Perhaps you had a difficult experience breastfeeding the first time around. You’re pregnant again, or have just had a baby, and you want to meet your feeding goals this time. What you need is to discuss your options with an IBCLC, who can help you come up with a plan.
Usually, with a good plan in place, breastfeeding goes more smoothly the second (or third!) time around. Avoid the issues that happened the first time, or know exactly what to do if they happen again.
Perhaps you are ready to go back to work, and you’re not sure how to manage pumping and giving bottles.
Maybe you’re struggling with sleep at night time and are considering night weaning (I recommend booking a sleep rescue call rather than a breastfeeding consultation).
Or maybe you’re ready to stop feeding altogether and need some support.
A breastfeeding consultation can help with any of these issues.

Having your first baby is a very steep learning curve! The baby books don’t really prepare you for the reality of life with a newborn: the unpredictability, trying to work out what they need when they cry, the sleep deprivation, the frustration with not being able to meet your own basic needs. It really is beyond exhausting.
If you want some breastfeeding support but what you’re really struggling with is the reality of parenting a newborn baby, then a newborn consultation might be what you’re looking for. We take a detailed look at your baby’s behaviour, sleep patterns and feeding. We look at your needs too. Then we come up with a plan to help you feel more rested and confident about those first few weeks. You can find out more here: NEWBORN SUPPORT
There are a few different options if you are ready to stop breastfeeding, no matter what age your child is. To find out more, click here: STOPPING BREASTFEEDING
This bundle gives you access to:
The Breastfeeding Masterclass isn’t available on it’s own because breastfeeding isn’t just about the mechanics of feeding. Understanding normal newborn behaviour is crucial to successful breastfeeding. That’s why this bundle covers everything you need to know, from winding to normal nappies, from breastfeeding to sleep. If you want to be confident about breastfeeding, you need to know how breastfed babies behave!
Often we think that breastfeeding is to blame for how tired we are. But what if breastfeeding actually helps both you and your baby sleep better? Perhaps you just want to know if what you’re experiencing is normal, so you have to confidence to keep doing what you’re doing. Maybe you want to improve sleep, but you don’t want to stop breastfeeding to sleep. Or maybe you want to stop breastfeeding, but don’t know how to because your baby has a strong feeding to sleep association.
If any of this sounds familiar, this webinar is for you!
This one hour webinar covers:
This guide covers the most common breastfeeding issues: a baby that struggles to latch, painful feeding, slow weight gain/low milk supply, breast engorgement, blocked ducts, and more!
