Sleep consultations

I have two options for one to one support. Use the code BREASTSLEEP to get £20 off either consultation until the end of August.

This is a one off, one hour call, ideal for tackling one sleep issue in babies eg. frequent waking, early rising, nap battles.

It’s also an excellent option if you need some reassurance about your child’s sleep and what you’re currently doing, or if you have a newborn baby and want to establish good sleep habits. 

You’ll get a copy of my sleep guide, a recording of our consultation and a summary email. 

The steps you need to take:

1. You book a one hour appointment.

2. Complete a sleep questionnaire and sleep diary.

3. We plan the changes you need to make in our consultation. 

PLEASE NOTE: There is no follow up with this consultation. 

This consultation is ideal if you have more complex sleep issues or you need more support. I highly recommend this consultation option for babies under the age of a year.

You’ll get: a copy of my sleep guide, video resources, a recording of our consultation and a summary email.

Ongoing support consists of 6 weeks of email/text support, and a 30 minute zoom call at the end of this period. 

The steps you need to take: 

1. You book a one hour appointment

2. Complete your sleep questionnaire and sleep diary

3. Get started on improving your family’s sleep during our one hour consultation. We work in collaboration to come up with a flexible, bespoke plan tailored to your family’s needs.
